We know you want your new products to arrive ASAP, so we typically ship orders within 1 business day after the order is placed. Our personnel processes orders 7 days a week, but they can only go out for shipment Monday through Saturday (excluding US holidays).

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors or the main office first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered there instead. Occasionally USPS will mark packages as "Delivered" before they've actually left the package at your address. Please wait 24-48 hours after being marked as “Delivered”, and if you haven’t received your package yet, contact us and send us your name, the email used to place your order and your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status. FYI: If tracking doesn’t update within 2 to 3 business days, don’t worry—that’s totally normal!

We tell our customers, “If you love it, buy it now!” We don’t hold replenishment stock in our store and often, we don’t even know what’s coming until we open the delivery truck doors. That’s what makes us so exciting to shop. We encourage our customers to stop by often to see our latest finds, at spectacular savings.

After we’ve received and approved your return, we will proceed to process your refund. Typically, the process on our end takes 2 business days, but please remember it can take some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund too.

To unsubscribe, simply click on the "Manage Preferences" link located at the bottom of your email. Doing so will allow you to manage your preferences, including unsubscribing from our mailing list.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders within 1 business day! You can cancel your order at any time before we have sent you a tracking number. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
